DANIEL PIÑA
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel, a leader with a global vision for innovative real estate development and finance, offers expertise in capital allocation and through unstructured business challenges. Daniel’s vision led to the formation of CityMex, Inc. He is a steward of architecture and has over 13 years of experience in construction services. He directs product development and sets the overall direction of the company.
Daniel is known for developing models to build scalable business operations. His profound research has unveiled new ownership structures and international real estate development opportunities in markets with high demand and sound housing policy. Daniel attended the University of Washington as an undergrad.
DANIEL J. PIÑA
Chief Architect
Mr. Piña is charged with manager site evaluation, cost analysis, construction management, meeting with building departments, engineers, and tracking building specifications. In the year 2000 he served as chief architect and builder for the Maya Tankah Resort with over 100 rooms, and was lead construction manager for the the first 100,000-square-foot retail shopping center in downtown Playa del Carmen. With over 30 years of direct industry experience in all phases of construction with top Mexican architectural and engineering firms.
Mr. Piña holds an architectural degree specializing in concrete structures from the University of Guadalajara.
